  • Facilitated the Enterprise Risk Forum, convening 33 senior leaders quarterly to align on top-tier risks.
  • Strengthened trauma center preparedness by designing a tertiary backup system for critical medical supplies.

Strategic Communications & Execution

  • Drove alignment of executive team priorities by standardizing 40–80 Board decks quarterly for clarity and consistency.
  • Partnered with KP’s head of AI to pioneer Board messaging on enterprise AI strategy.
  • Produced Board-level risk reports and strategy narratives that improved governance and decision-making transparency.
  • Won first place and $10K at the international Net Impact Case Competition, leading a 4-member MBA team that usedc compelling storytelling and collaborative problem-solving to deliver actionable corporate sustainability solutions.

  • Validated a $107M healthcare facility investment through 5-year pro formas, service line break-even, and P&L analysis. With my team’s recommendation, the facility opened a few years later.
  • Shaped product strategy for a $1B SaaS company using segmentation and valuation analysis informed by conjoint survey data.
